You can be part of M-SParc without having to relocate

During the early stage of development, we understand that your company may not be ready for the cost of renting your own office space. However, you may still want networking opportunities, business support, and the chance to be part of the business community.

If you require additional support from a dedicated Business Support Officer, then a Virtual Tenancy may be for you.

What it includes:

  • Become part of the M-SParc ecosystem and community.
  • Identification and access to a range of funding sources through the Welsh Government, Bangor University, Innovate UK, UKRC, and Horizon 2020 start up and development grants.
  • Practical assistance with making bids for finance.
  • $10,000 AWS credits and discount including waived fees on Stripe Payment Processor.
  • 50% discount on meeting rooms.
  • Invitation to networking events, incluing the Tenant Breakfast and BBQs.
  • A Low Carbon and Digital review for your business, carried out by our expert in-house team.
  • Meetings with potential investors, including Development Bank of Wales, British Business Bank, and Business Angels networks arranged on your behalf.
  • Access to regular one to one on-site surgeries with a range of external business support and investment providers.
  • Access to Trade and Investment missions.
  • Visibility for your Company on the M-SParc website to expand your client reach.
  • Monthly tenant newsletter, including information on events and business support.
  • The opportunity for you to speak at one of our events, allowing you to showcase your company to a wider audience.
  • Use of M-SParc’s prestigious address to use as your registered Office address.
  • Personal mailbox for incoming post – mail forwarding can be added at an additional cost.
  • Use of the Tanio cafe and desk space, with free wi-fi, parking, and access to electrical vehicle charging point.
