M-SParc and the Welsh Government are working together to host the third Welsh Language Hack. Access to investment from a fund of £24,000 is available to the winning ideas.
The Challenge
An exciting opportunity for innovators and tech enthusiasts to contribute to the use of the Welsh language, particularly in digital spaces.
We want you to pilot a technology solution that increases the use of Welsh in digital environments, supports and encourages learners, and allows first language Welsh speakers to use more Welsh in their day-to-day lives.

What next?
Once you’ve submitted an application, you’ll get to know if you’re through to the pitching round! This takes place on March the 1st, and you’ll pitch live to an audience and panel of judges. We’ll announce the winner(s) live on the day!

Tom used to work at the KFC in his hometown of Colwyn Bay before it mysteriously burned down. He then spent several years “on the lam” in East Germany, where he worked as an animator in Berlin. When the wall fell, Tom came home.
