Level Up Growth Grant

Ready to Grow?! Go for it!  

We want to see you grow and develop your innovative businesses on Anglesey, so we’re proud to announce that the Next Level Growth Grant is open!  

This fund will prioritise supporting businesses with real potential to grow and businesses that are likely to have an impact on the economy, creating innovative jobs in the area. So, if your business can do this and if you have a specific plan for growth that would benefit from financial support, read on!


For who?  

This programme is here to support businesses that have or are participating in our growth support programs including:  

  • Members of the Level Up business accelerator since its inception.  
  • Members of the Convergent Content program 
  • Members of the Energy Accelerator program 
  • Other truly innovative businesses on the Island that have clear growth plans. 


 Important Details! 

  •  Total Fund £20,000 
  •  Applications invited between £5,000 – £20,000 
  •  Closing Date 21-2-24 


Priorities and Objectives of the Fund 

The list below indicates the objectives and priorities for the applications, it is not necessary to meet everything on the list, but this is what will be used to score applications.  

  • Supporting businesses with exceptional growth potential 
  • Supports the development of outstanding technology or innovation. 
  • Create new job(s) or protect a job(s) 
  • Benefiting from match funding 
  • Supports bringing a new product or service to market 
  • Collaborates between companies or universities.

Tom Burke

Digital Innovation Manager

Tom used to work at the KFC in his hometown of Colwyn Bay before it mysteriously burned down. He then spent several years “on the lam” in East Germany, where he worked as an animator in Berlin. When the wall fell, Tom came home.

He enjoys climbing and hates ice-skating.
