Level Up, our 12 week scale up programme, gives a cohort of 8 ambitious founders access to workshops, specialist support, individual coaching mentors, experts & investors; all tailored to support their growth. They benefit from networking with fellow founders, knowledge sharing, strategic planning, leadership and pitching workshops, growth hacking and brand identity masterclasses, as well as access to the ‘Board You Can’t Afford’.
The Board is a crucial part of the programme; allowing the cohort to meet and present to exciting entrepreneurs and experts with global networks. There’s an amazing hub of innovation happening up here in M–SParc, and this year’s cohort of startups is no exception. I’m proud to be able to help out in any way that I can.
Paul Kinlan, Google
The breadth of knowledge and experience in our boardroom on Friday rivalled anything you’d have access to in London, or even MIT! From advice and guidance on patenting, branding, communication, and finance, to engaging discussions around growth, risks, raising finance and commercialisation; connections were made, and recommendations and further ideas ignited.
Thank you for today’s valuable session with the board, which I enjoyed and for the constructive feedback to help move me forward.
Selwyn Owen, Iona Minerals
Moving forwards, the members will now continue to engage with the cohort over the next 12 weeks, continuing to support and guide them as they journey through the accelerator, as well as potentially connecting them with their global networks and moving them to the next level.

Tom used to work at the KFC in his hometown of Colwyn Bay before it mysteriously burned down. He then spent several years “on the lam” in East Germany, where he worked as an animator in Berlin. When the wall fell, Tom came home.
He enjoys climbing and hates ice-skating.
