Cohort 3 Timeline

  • Ideation, meet, pitch
  • Refine strategy & set objectives
  • Spotlight on: Finding the right balance between protecting IP and moving faster. For some businesses developing and protecting their IP is essential, but for those who realistically couldn’t defend it for technical or financial reasons, it can simply slow them down. A number of businesses on the cohort have been exploring this topic in recent weeks, with the help of our mentors and the advisory board.
  • Spotlight on: Collaboration. Being part of a group cohort enables founders to learn from others’ successes as well as their mistakes. Not to mention picking up top tips on anything from software to specialist recommendations. As part of the Accelerator the founders also get to work collaboratively with our advisory board, making the most of the wealth of experience and strong network connections on offer.
  • Mid way through the programme and time to reflect. So far we’ve seen product innovation trials, teams expanding, new pricing structures, clearer value propositions, and sales & marketing plans developed.
  • Spotlight on: Getting partnerships right. A key part of any business’s strategy is who you partner with, how, and why. Getting this right can open doors, introduce you to new customer segments or industries, provide complementary expertise, and increase revenue. We’ve been exploring how to define good partnership agreements that work for everyone and the importance of backing that up with steadfast legals.
  • Final month – Celebrations
