Tenant VIP

White and purple robot on transparent background

Welcome to M-SParc!  Here is some general information that will support you as you move in, but also as you continue your tenancy with us.  Be sure to check back in if you ever need a reminder – things like the tenant handbook may be valuable to you later.  You’ll also find useful links for reporting any issues or concerns.

Tenant handbook
Here’s the tenant handbook, and we’ll update this if it ever changes.  You’re required to read this when you move in, but it’s worth checking this occasionally as a reminder: Tenant Handbook August 31 2023

Reporting an issue
Any queries, comments, or concerns? Let us know! You can also come down to reception to report things to us directly, or at any time access this form by scanning the QR codes around our building.

Booking a meeting room

You can book meetings rooms, with an automatic 50% discount allocated, here! If you’re unable to log in, please e-mail Olwen who can register an account for you. If you wish for us to book a meeting room for you, this can be done at reception, however your 50% discount will not be applied.

Business Information Pack
Our Business Support Officer will take you through the BIP when you first meet, but this is a comprehensive overview of the support we offer and the tenants we have hear on site. Read more here!

Wi-Fi and data
This section’s best left to the IT support within your company! If you are using our Essensys platform, including the Online Platform for managing your company’s wifi access, you may benefit from access to Essensys’ knowledge base.

Tom used to work at the KFC in his hometown of Colwyn Bay before it mysteriously burned down. He then spent several years “on the lam” in East Germany, where he worked as an animator in Berlin. When the wall fell, Tom came home.

He enjoys climbing and hates ice-skating.
